Job Description

  You will be responsible for:

- Following the Clik standards and methodologies to ensure we reduce risk;
- Working with management, designers, developers and end users to gather requirements and estimate the time requirements for the project;
- Monitoring the project at all times and identify issues in a timely manner;
- Improving and implement a testing procedure together with the QA team;
- Reviewing developer’s deliverables before any product demo / release;
- Keeping any related documentation updated and stored appropriately;
- Coordinating and work closely with compliance teams to ensure compliance of the platform;
- Keeping backlogs up to date, velocity on track, ensure that delivery dates are met as best as possible, and be aware of and actively remove blockages, whatever they may be;
- Attending developer team meetings as necessary;
Solving technical or functional issues in a calm and timely manner;
- Demonstrating clear, solid leadership skills and ability for problem solving;

Job Requirements

  We are looking for someone with:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a product owner or manager;
- Experience working in an Agile development environment essential;
- Strong English written and speaking skills. Some Khmer beneficial;
- Excellent documentation skills;- Experience with FinTech, Payments, Banking and PCI Compliance a plus.;
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and technical diagramming tools such as LucidChart or Visio;
- Experience in using Confluence for documentation beneficial.
