Job Description

  - Lead and oversee the entire accounting team.
- Manage account closing process to ensure efficiency and timeliness.
- Control new or existing stores’ budget & do variance analysis.
- Overview and update accounting policy and procedure.
- Record revenue & expenses transactions and in quick books system.
- Oversee record management & internal control.
- Make income and expenses report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Yearly).
- Bank reconciliation - Maintain accounting record.
- Train and develop team capacity by knowledge sharing and coaching.
- Strongly engage the work rapport across internal department and external.
- Responsible for formulating the company's financial accounting system, regulations and methods.
- Perform financial and accounting management work.
- Responsible for fund management, capital needs, and bank transactions.
- Responsible for tax management, mastering tax law policies and integrating tax returns.
- Responsible for managing the budget, preparing the cash flow statement and preparing the company's annual financial income and expenditure plan.
- Responsible for cost control management.
- Check whether the project budget and the actual remittance are in line with each other.
- Check the company's sales and purchase accounting vouchers and register the accounting system.
- Analyze and check the implementation of the company's financial revenue and expenditure and budget.
- Prepare the monthly salary and the payment form for the project payment.
- Prepare the company's financial statements and send them to the General Manager before the 10th of each month.
- Regularly check whether the company's cash on hand and bank deposits are in line with each other.
- Master the tax policy and tax declaration audit.
- Audit and accounting of shopping mall cooperation investment case and related documents.
- Manage and control finance of company.
- Manage administration tasks.
- Check and control on monthly and annual tax declaration to comply with tax law and make sure for tax updating.
- Control on accounting operations to comply with company rule and regulation.
- Check and control on logistic operation.
- Control on inventory and make report for management and auditing.
- Manage some HR tasks related.
- Arrange party, meeting and trip.
- Preparing report and submit to over-sea.
- Experience in audit work.
- Work closely with Chief Executive Officer.
- Providing and interpreting financial information.
- Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
- Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance.
- Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost.
- reduction opportunities.
- Managing the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
- Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
- Make tax declaration and accounting related work.
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded timely.
- Control and maintain good organized financial files and records.
- Record all transactions following accounting standard.
- Prepare payment for company transaction and requesting reimbursement and staff salary.
- Prepare financial statements for Chief Executive Officer to specific deadlines.

Job Requirements

  - Female and Male, Age from 20 to 35.
- At least MBA or CPA Degree in Accounting/finance.
- Minimum or More than 5 years’ experience in accounting/
finance.
- Self-motivate; flexible; puncture; honest, hardworking with long term commitment.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Quick Books.
- Communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
- Analytical problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work well under pressure and within short deadlines.
- Annual Tax, Monthly Taxes, fixed Assets and control stock as well.
- Able to work under pressure.
