Job Description

  - Survey company’s compensation package, to improve company’s package in the market place to be more competitive.
- Interpreting and advising on employment legislation, develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues e.g. disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management, preparing staff handbooks, and equal opportunities.
- Analyzing training needs in conjunction with HR managers, planning and delivering training, including staff inductions.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Encourage and motivate employees to improve their efficiencies.
- Responsible for payroll, Undertaking regular salary reviews, welfare and administration.
- Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
- Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
- Negotiating with staff and their representatives (e.g. trade union officials) on issues relating to pay and conditions.
- Developing with HR managers about planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements.
- Control document and monitor all company assets (vehicles, fittings, office equipment, etc.)
- Review and check contracts of company leasing, Make contract, agreement and others necessary documentations.
- Process legal document compliance required by concerned government institutions.
- Organizing storing paperwork, documents computer-based information.
- Other Ad-Hoc duties and tasks assigned by the Management of the company.

Job Requirements

  - Female and Male, Age from 20 to 30.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related fields.
- At least 4 years’ experience, preferably in HR field.
- Planning skill, Communication skill, Manpower management.
- Understanding organizational behavior.
- Cheerful, self-confidence, decisive, team player, open-minded, fairness, dedicated, positive attitude, honest.
- Good coordinator and Persuasive.
- Able to keep things confidential.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Computer literacy (pivot, V-look up, PowerPoint design etc.).
- Strong presentation and report-writing skills in English and Khmer.
