Job Description

  - Make sure the filing system is properly recorded and documents must be kept in both soft and hard copy
- Supervise and lead the archive team to produce the targeted results
- Coordinate and provide the necessary techniques or skills so that archive team can achieve targeted goal.
- Consults and report to HAO or ADCAO for technical matters or advices.
- Ensuring that all current document filing by appropriate labeling and coding
- Classify all the documents from Aii, AIS and MJQE to easily accessible when needed.
- Work closely with Administrative Department to ensure that timeline of annual archive documentation is reached.
- Random spot check all departments and feedback them on how to standardize their departmental document arrangement
- Combining yearly memo and announcement
- Finding documents when needed
- Newspaper management and ensure those newspapers are properly archived
- Help arrange school events arrangement when needed
- Make sure all properties in Archive Center is well taken care of, i.e. provide regular deep cleaning, no bad smell, and tidiness in the Archive Center.
- Filing spot check to make sure there is no damage to the files and document.
- Record all movement of properties and fixed-assets in Archive Center
- Assist Admin Team to arrange the necessary work for new term preparation

Job Requirements

  - Bachelor Degree in Management, Law or related fields.
- Administrative and organizational Skills
- Excellent in filing system and combining documents
- Be able to work in a team create the result-based environment
- Love working with documents.
