Job Description

1. Manage and carry out day-to-day operation of the QC activities:
- Manage and control QC team to properly implement assigned duties complying with Company rules and current applicable laws.
- Ensure that quality goods are checked, controlled complying with specification commitment with customers (on contracts, valid writing agreements)
- Implement quality evaluation and quality control for purchasing raw material to put in warehouses, before putting into production and being processed. Must ensure quality of 100% finished products as warehousing commitments.
- Coordinate with Purchasing department and Production Department to give solutions to arising problems such as inappropriate goods, asynchronization of warehousing, producing and outputs.
- Check and measure mismatches of product quality, analyze and give resolution methods as well as quality improvement.
- Conduct reports on material changes that affect product quality timely to heads of relating departments.

2. Execute standards of product quality:
- Execute standards of product quality inspection including raw materials and finished products (such as the daily inspection items, damaged contents, established limits and standard samples used to distinguish standard or non-standard goods through the comparison)
- Implement tasks relating to Quality Department as requested on ISO 22000 quality management system.
- Work with agency in charge of the regulations of quality management and quality registration
- Solve and immediately report problems that affect product quality, including customer complaints
- Report on the use of raw materials in production process
- Monthly conduct reports on material, finished products put in warehouses
- Support deploying document records complying with ISO 22000 standards.
- Cooperate with services for killing pests as practice needs at the factory.
- Other tasks assigned by Quality Manager.

- Ensure material quality for production and finished products quality to meet De Heus group’s standards in order to enhance company’s sales volumes in the market.
- Reduce any risks which relate to substandard products, affect on company reputation.

Job Requirements

  - College degree, major in Chemical analysis
- More than 5 years experience in Quality Assurance position
- Good knowledge about state regulations on quality management and environmental management
- Strong knowledge about ISO 22000 quality management system
- Familiar with safety, health and environment system
- Good communication skill
- Good management skill
- Good orhanization skill
- Good teamwork skill
- Good overview of issues
- Good at reporting and recording
- Good speaking, listening, writing english skills
