Job Description

  • Prepare import master list and submit to customs and CDC for approval
• Work closely with purchase manager/ purchasing team to import material, equipment as required time frame
• Check import documents Invoice, Packing List, AWB against import master list
• Keep track of goods delivery and update to purchasing manager/ team
• Contact carrier & forward doc. for proceeding of customs formalities.
• Follow up until the goods arrive in factory
• Get those import document expenses and submit to finance team
• Prepare reports, statistics, and records by the end of the month, etc.
• Prepare import cut stock and submit to CDC for certificate of compliance
• Make sure the import and export as compliance local regulation
 Liaise with overseas partners to determine quantities and shipping dates
 Arrange paperwork and formalities for the import/export of product
 Arrange all customs formalities
 Check and/or arrange Kimberley process formalities are fully complied with
 Liaise with Brinks and their partners to arrange transportation and necessary paperwork
 Prepare documentation to customs for approval
 Prepare export document to customs approval for items to export
 Pack the goods and Issue Invoice, packing list, other related docs (contact with forwarder for shipping cost) send
to director for approval
 Follow up until the goods arrive destination
 Prepare reports export as monthly basis
 Filling document and make the report to supervisor or manager
 Work closely with concerned department to get details parking list for internal transfer
 Discuss with concerned department for transfer schedule
 Make sure the transfer as agreed schedule
 Sent internal transfer document to Antwerp finance team for approval
 Make track of rough import and export for KPC process
 Prepare monthly report for ministry of commerce
 Prepare monthly records and report to department manager
 Other duties as assigned by direct superior or upper management

Job Requirements

   University degree
 Experience of Imp/ Exp from diverse locations
 Intimate knowledge of customs formalities and procedures for import and export
 Strong Communication and presentation skills
 Good Attitude, responsible and result oriented individual
 Fluent in Khmer Speaking, reading and Writing
 Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing
 Computer Literate
 Experience working with foreign companies
