Job Description

  Outsourcing Employee and Client Engagement
Outsourcing Employees Engagement:
• Represent HRINC to engage with outsourcing employees at the field.
• Work with the supervisor to prepare the working schedule for outsourcing employee at the client premise.
• Bring the feedback from the employees by highlighting key issues and propose recommendations and solutions to the HRINC management on a timely manner.
• Manage expectation of the workforce, the client and HRINC management and team members by communicating clearly the expectations.
• Communicate employment terms and conditions and ensure the employees understand and follow HRINC’s and/or the client’s policies and procedures.
Outsourcing Clients Engagement:
• Represent HRINC management to engage with the Client and respond to the client concerns.
• Report and highlight key feedback from the Client to the HRINC management.
• Ensure that we are performing and providing excellent quality of service to our Client.
• Respond to the Client needs/concerns/questions without any delay.
Recruitment, HR Administration & Training:
• Lead the recruitment process and working with Internal Outsourcing Recruitment Teams and HR Services team to select the candidates for the projects allocated.
• Work closely with the team members to ensure the outsourcing employees are employed in compliance with Laws and insurance are covered under plan upon the agreement.
• Ensure Employment contract and other agreement are signed and filed properly
• Documentation of the project implementation policies and procedures as per agreement between the Client and HRINC.
• Involve in staff performance review with the Client and supervisors/managers and prepare employment notification to the employees.
• Provide appropriate disciplinary action to the employees for any type of gross misconduct.
• Provide an induction to outsourcing employees prior to and on the start of their employment.
• Provide or organize relevant trainings in a structured and well-planned manner for the outsourcing employees based on the Client’s agreement.
Payroll Processing:
• Check and ensure that all paper works and calculation are accurately calculated including calculation of payroll tax and social insurance contribution and payroll processes are completed per project cycle.
• Ensure all invoice are issued accurately and on timely manner
• Ensure all payment are received on time from the client
• Checking Payment voucher and ensure that a structure of filling is execute
Staff management and Development:
• Training and coaching the team of subordinates
• Involve in staff performance review of the subordinates
• Prepare staff succession plan and involve with recruitment of new assistant

Job Requirements

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills – must enjoy engaging with people of all nationalities and all levels.
• Is compassionate but has energy and enthusiasm.
• Exceptional communication skills – written and spoken.
• Can work under pressure and multi-task but always remain calm and be a good team player.
• Ability to draw on people around you, who have stronger skills or understanding of different topics (e.g. labour law or industrial relations management)
• Is able to engage and work with people effectively to get things done.
Education and Experience
• Education background in any related field
• Preferred 2-4 years of service delivery experience or related HR functional areas
• Experience in working with a variety and different level of people and demonstrate an ability to manage expectation of those.
Computer skills
• Must be able to use Microsoft suite – email, calendar scheduling, word, excel and power point in particular, must be good on Excel.
