Job Description

  Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and administer policies and procedures relating to employee and Plant security and recommends improvements or changes as may be necessary from time to time.
• Manage and ensure office supplies available and equipment’s is working and properly maintained.
• Manage, Planning, scheduling and controlling, meeting room and corporate car usage.
• Overseeing the process of acquiring new vendor providers related to all outsourced services falling under administration section;
• Ensuring travel clearance, visas and other necessary travel documents for associates travelling out of the country on official duties are done promptly
• Developing and monitoring budget expenditure and provide guidance to Administration Section on financial discrepancies
• Formulating and implementing Online Records Management system & policies
• Maintain contacts with outside Professional and Government bodies for the general welfare of employees and enhance the Company’s image in personnel relations.
• Manage company services providers such as Securities, Cleaners, Canteen, staff dormitories, and manpower outsources provider ensuring quality of services and report submitted OTIF
• Lead all employee engagement activities such as Annual Staff party, Women event, Town Hall, company sport event etc…

Job Requirements

  Requirements:

• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in computer applications.
• Min (5) Years relevant work experience and at least three (2) years in a position of Assistant Administration
• BBA in any of the following disciplines: - Public/Business Administration, Human Resource Management.
