Job Description

  • Managing incoming calls and dealing with client’s inquiries on Company services
• Providing advice on purchasing service packages, preparing quotations and guiding client on how to access and operate the service
• Communicating with clients about their experiences in utilizing the services and solving arising problems or errors and if required facilitating with tech-team to fix the errors.
• Listening to client complaints or concerns and working to resolve their issues; collecting client feedback and all related matters for management to revamp the service/product performance.
• Identifying and assessing clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction and growth in sales
• Generating sales leads from identifying target clients, cold-calling, collecting new contact information, increasing customer base and implementing marketing and promotion plan.
• Working closely and coordinating with tech-team, creative marketing and finance teams in delivering customer excellence and business growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communication, IT or any other field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer services and/or (tele-)sales
• Good English (or and Chinese) communication and Ms. Office skills
• Good at communicating, convincing, negotiating, problem-solving and facilitating
• Good customer services, phone skills, attention to detail, and time management
• Ability to multi-task, organize and work under pressure and with tight deadline
• Keen interest in technology and social media trends
