Job Description

  1. Performance Management
• Assist the manager to prepare strategic plans for performance management for the whole group company;
• Work with relevant parties to collect and verify KPI to ensure the validity and reliability for all projects/businesses;
• Prepare the Mid-year and yearly KPI consolidation report is accurate and on time;
• Provide recommendation on disciplinary action, staff warming and termination by working with relevant parties;
2. Organizational development
• Assist manager to develop organizational design and development strategies based on company goals.
• Draft policy development which is aligned with the goal of the organization;
• Recommend continuous process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness;
3. Staff Movement
• Lead team to ensure staff promotion, demotion, transfer, and salary deduction on time and accurately;
4. Internal Policy for Projects
• Lead team to provide presentation for new staff orientation;
• Ensure the Internal Policy for Projects/Businesses are up-to-date;
5. Site Visit
• Lead team to conduct presentations or meeting on performance appraisals;
• Lead team to conduct regular site visit and case investigations relevant to POD Department concern;
6. Administrative Related Work
• Recommend the Process improvement for administrative related work in POD department;
• Verify POD Department monthly report;
• Support and monitor HRM System for POD department;
7. Other tasks assigned by Head of HR from time to time.

Job Requirements

   Holds on Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or other related fields;
 A minimum 4 years of proven professional experience in Human Resource Management (HRM);
 Possess strong knowledge in Performance Management;
 Excellent communication, diplomatic and organizational skills;
 Ability to work under pressure and with staff at all levels;
 Be able to deal with difficult situations;
 Good Command in English.
