Job Description

  • Assist line manager managing a suite of digital banking products/services and proposition incorporating: digital product strategy, product life cycle management, digital product definition, digital product and proposition development, launch and commercialization.
• Assist in monitor and review digital product performance and recommend for improvements.
• Assist and co-ordinate on report requirement of digital banking products/services for regulators, management, branches and relevant business team.
• Follow up the competitor’s activities to ensure ongoing competitive service in the market.
• Assist and prepare formulate, recommend and present committee submission.
• Make sure all digital productivities properly documented/ maintained.
• Perform other task assigned by Department Head.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or relevant professional qualification in Business, Accounting, Economics, Management or relevant working experience in this area.
• Fresh Graduate are encouraged.
• Sound good knowledge in Digital Banking Service within financial institution.
• Hard working, commitment and willing to learn new things.
• Good Communication skill and strong team player.
• Good in verbal and written in English.
