Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end underwriting and New Business process
• Improve quality and speed of all proposal submissions to PVA Underwriting
• Build underwriting and New Business support manual and review/update regularly
• Oversee establishment and operations of panel clinic/doctors and medical service providers
• Liaise with relevant departments such as IT, Distribution and Finance
• Provide training to staff under the Employee and/or from other sections as and when required
• Manage New Business team to ensure

Job Requirements

  Internal interface
• Reports directly to Head of Operations or such other person as the Company may direct from time to time.
• Working closely with other team members and Regional Head Office.
• Coordination and communication with other departments, and regulators.
4. REQUIREMENTS
• Graduated Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years of experiences in New business filed in life insurance industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to communicate in both English and Khmer.
