Job Description

  - Organize and manage the GD’s schedule, meetings and travel arrangements, and the preparation of paperwork and documents.
- Accompany the GD to internal and external meetings, as required, to take minutes.
- Act as the GD’s translator whenever needed.
- Provide support with the preparation of presentations and other documents.
- Liaise and work with all departments in company, and across the Group, to co-ordinate and complete tasks and activities for the GD.
- Manage and/or be involved in operational and administrative projects, and carry out any related activities on behalf of the GD.
- Any other duties as instructed by the GD.
- As the GD’s representative, be a champion of company’s Core Values and Behaviours in everything
you do.

Job Requirements

  Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, supporting senior management, is essential; 5 years’
experience is desirable.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, office administration or related field.
- Experience in a start-up or rapidly-expanding business environment is advantageous.
- Excellent communicator in English; both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure, demonstrate initiative and manage responsibility well.
- Confident with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work well within a team.
- Energetic, enthusiastic with a positive attitude, and a good cultural fit to company.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Highly competent with Microsoft Office.
- The ability to communicate in Chinese is desirable.
