Job Description

  • Assist Finance and Administration Manager on overall tasks of the division
• Maintain proper filing system of all Finance vouchers and other Financial documents
• Review payment and procurement process to ensure sufficient supporting documents matching budget plan
• Ensure that staff settles advances on time
• Take care of front desk and general office’s works
• Asset and documents management
• Coordinate for CEO’s meeting and record the minutes meeting
• Assist CEO / management team to do the slide presentation
• Assist and manage the petty cash for business operation expense
• Other tasks assigned by manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting/finance related field
• Good secretary skills, good knowledge of finance and accounting
• At least 2 years’ experience in related field; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Be able to use accounting system and/or other enterprise management system
• Responsible, collaborative, proactive and active working attitude
• Good command in English
