Job Description

  MAIN KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
・Provides of administration for all functions in the School, including administration assistance and academic related administration activities

・Arrange and schedule School or Program specific meetings in a timely manner

・Maintain accurate records on course and program administration particularly for the purposes of program accreditation

・Provide administrative assistance regarding HR-related activities such as recruitment requests and staff work plans.

・Travel arrangements: organize all work travel arrangements for staff/student within the school

・To ensure that notice board is update

・ Investigate and understand causes for staff/Students absences

・Ensure the shuttle bus usage is fit to the business purpose

・Monthly purchase request

・Make student’s ID card, Support student insurance, Library management andPrepare student contract

・Arrangement examination and assist lecturer for examination

・Prepare examination summarize/sheet/Score and submit to back office

・Other tasks will assign by management

Job Requirements

  【MUST】
• At least 2-3years work experiences related
• Computer Skills (Ms. Word & Excel, and IT sofeware, Internet, e-mail….)

【BETTER】 
Knowledge and Skills
• Knowledge of general office practices and procedures
• Good interpersonal skills, including cross cultural communication
• Skill in public speaking
• Must be able to prioritize work to meet scheduled deadlines while handling multiple tasks
