Job Description

  - Work day : Monday to Saturday
- Work time: 8:00 ~17:00 / 8:30~17:30
- Gross salary : 200$-500$ + Bonus (depend)

** Job description
- Ideal target: General solution provider to all clients

- Setting sales target monthly & Weekly basis
- Making action plans before approaching to the target
- Visiting clients (restaurant, bar, hotel, supermarket, and retailers) to hear the market request
- Preparing quotation and sales proposal for client’s inquiry
- Report back to the team about daily activity
- Develop new sales channel and sales outlets (local restaurant, hotels, cafes, retail shops, etc.)
- Monitor and report market activity to management
- Internal office work, daily operation support
* Company doesn’t require the specific quota for each representative because we understand there are more important things for members to improve their performance.

LOKA Food & Beverage is the leading Japanese fresh fishery company in Cambodia since 2017. We provide the restaurants, hotels, and retailers with fresh fish, frozen seafood, meat, ingredients, and beverage which are imported from Japan, Thailand and Vietnam. Especially, we are the only one supplier who imports fresh fish directly from Japan by Air Cargo thrice a week and more. Having been done business more than 400 clients, we have a strong commitment to being the best service provider through punctual delivery service and high-quality inventory control.

Being one of the food wholesale businesses in Cambodia, we are working with 23 passionate members including Cambodia members and Japanese interns and we are ready to welcome more members who love to challenge new experiences. Basing on our recruitment procedure, there are four steps in our hiring process: paper test, the first interview with Manager, HR Representative, and Department Representative, second interview with CEO and HR representative and selection to join actual operation (the trial period in first month and probation for the next 2 month). After receiving and screening CVs from candidates, we will contact them to have a paper test at our company. If they pass our paper test, they will have an interview with our management team. In the last step, they will join our actual operation in the first month which is called trial period and a probation period for the next two months before becoming our official member. By doing so, the company can select the right candidate for a specific position.
