Job Description

  -Support leader to work on HR projects and other projects
-Does the research that related to the project if required
-Does the data analysis and able to interpret the results of the data
-Does the report writing that related to the project if required
-Can lead and conduct a small project- project planning and project execution
-Conduct the interview with clients from low level to high level
-Support leader to build network with other HR professionals and promote product and services of the company
-Other tasks as required by leader

Job Requirements

  -At least 3 years experiences in HR and compliance task
-Bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or other relevant field
-Knowledge in Cambodian Labor Law and statistics and Good analytical skill
-Good understanding of English language (writing, listening and speaking)
-Good understanding and using the Microsoft Word, Excel, and SPSS or analysis program is a plus
-Can work under pressure and multi-task
-Can work as team and have good communication skill
