Job Description

  ** Position Summary (statements to demonstrate the core purpose of the job) The core purpose of this role is to provide consistent, high quality customer service for Customer, who value long term relationships and buy customized processes and solutions. The Customer Service associate will be the first point of contact for all queries related to the Customer.

** Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the customer experience by managing the end to end shipment process in coordination with our country support team
- Build strong customer relationships and be curious around their business needs and drivers, in order to better serve them and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure smooth execution of the whole shipment lifecycle, monitor agreed service level agreements and identify root causes if expectations are not meet
- Advise Maersk management on potential service failures and trends, and drive continues improvement to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Drive the digitalization agenda of our company by positively influencing change towards usage of new e-features among our customers

Job Requirements

  ** Required Qualification & Experience
- Fresh graduate in Business administration, Marketing, English, equivalent.
- Experience in the logistics sector with Customer facing experience is preferable
- Good command of English language (Speaking & Writing)
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to give and receive accurate information with mature understanding\
- Ability to analyses problems and find effective solutions proactively
