Job Description

  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce unnecessary cost
• Design exceptional menus, regularly review product quality and continuously make necessary improvements
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Report to management regarding sales results and productivity


Job Requirements

  o Proven food and beverage management experience
o Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office & POS)
o Communication and leadership skills
o Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
o Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
o Guest-oriented and service-minded
o Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field an added advantage
o Basic English spoken and written is a must
