Job Description

  - Monitoring merchant transactions/volume and formulating appropriate merchant retention
strategies to minimize attrition.
- Verify all documentation received from merchant is as per banks requirement and agreement is
signed and stamped.
- Check KYC regulations at the time of new merchant sign-ups to ensure compliance with
regulatory requirements.
- Review the merchant application and perform data entry to create merchant profile.
- Perform POS terminal downloading request to install POS for merchant and testing.
- Maintain and providing quality service to all merchants with respect to the initial POS machines
installation and subsequent maintenance.
- Work with related department and team to implement approved targeted merchant campaigns
to increase merchant acceptance.
- Follow the prescribed/ existing procedures for all merchant related activities including but not
limited to the POS terminal set-up and activation including testing, updating of merchant
information on timely basis.
- Ensure and implement high merchant acceptance to ensure merchant has follow highly card
acceptance procedure require from Visa/Master Card/UPI.
- Review and performing all request from merchant by ensure all support documents are accurate
related merchant transaction reversal, sale draft capturing.
- Other tasks assigned from Unit Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements

  - Degree or relevant professional qualification in Business, Accounting, Economics or
Management; or with relevant working experience in this area.
- At least 1-year experience in banking or related filed.
- Knowledge Banking Service within financial institution.
- Good Communication skill and strong team player.
- Good in verbal and written English.
