Job Description

  - Analyze the merchant available in the market to identify and recommend potential target
merchant category with whom to cultivate business relationships.
- Maintain merchant relationship and perform merchant onsite visit
- Work closely with sale team and branches to recruit new merchant, perform merchant site
inspection, and prepare for merchant approval.
- Verify all documentation received from merchant is as per banks requirement and agreement is
signed and stamped.
- Check KYC regulations at the time of new merchant sign-ups to ensure compliance with
regulatory requirements
- Analyze and recommend on merchant request to extend POS terminal Functions on Key Enter
transaction.
- Maintain and provide quality service to all merchants with respect to the initial POS machines
installation and subsequent maintenance.
- Work with related department and team to implement approved targeted merchant campaigns
to increase merchant acceptance.
- Work closely with merchant to ensure documents/ sale draft are keep securely and effectively
for supporting to all possible incoming chargeback.
- Work closely with risk and fraud management team to develop and apply rules and strategy
fraud prevention incur to our merchant.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Unit Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements

  - Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Management or relevant
working experience in this areas
- At least 1 years experiences in banking or related filed.
- Knowledge in Merchant Acquiring Service and Digital Banking Service within financial
institution
- Ability to multi-task and strong organization skills is essential
- Good Communication skill and strong team player
- Good in verbal and written English
