Running Effective Staff Performance Appraisal





1. Course Objective:

At the end of the training, participants are expected to have practical understanding of:


1.     Goal and how to measure the effectiveness of staff  performance appraisal

2.     Developing the processes, procedures, tools and forms use for staff performance appraisal

3.     How effective performance appraisal being conducted

4.     Tools used for development supervision of employees and approaches to monitor performance
appraisal using degree feedback


5.
     How to monitor, give feedback or comments & report in annual staff performance appraisal

6.
    How to demonstrate some skills & attitudes necessary for conducting effective staff
performance appraisal.

This course is designed to strengthen capacity on performance management of all line managers & supervisor including sales, administrative, Recruitment, accounting, training, financial, operation, Human Resource,  project staff, office staff, or someone who involved with managing people to produce effective outcome for their institutions (e.g. Private sectors, NGOs, or Government sector).
