Job Description

  •To develop and sustain good hygiene practices of restaurant management
•To plan, organize, lead and control daily activities operations of restaurant
•To manage/monitor purchase and stock control of daily restaurant operations
•To maintain and increase F & B revenue to meet or exceed established goals
•To make sure all Outlet staff to be aware of all the restaurant’s policies and procedures
•To maintain and increase F & B product and services to high standards, quality and hygiene
•To revise awareness of cost and minimize waste and commit to its guideline
•To Remind staff to be aware of the importance of cost control and minimize waste
•To assist HR to prepare job descriptions and recruit staff working under operations of restaurant
•To prepare staff monthly roaster and submit to Operation Manager and HR Manager for approval
•To deal effectively, courteously and politely with other supervisors and colleagues and work to attain the best possible standards of restaurant cleanliness and service
•To take initial and propose idea of marketing & promotion planning to push sales
•To build and maintain strong relationship with customers and employees
•To eliminate spoilage items for sale
•Other tasks as outlined by the management

Job Requirements

  •Bachelor degree of is required
•Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
•Be able to work under pressure and reach objectives
•Good command of spoken and written in English is a plus
•Able to maintain a harmonious and happy working environment
•Positive work attitude, team spirit and honesty to the team and company
•At least 3 years of experience working as Assistant of Manager or at least Supervisor in F&B industry
•Computer, internet, email literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus
•Willing to learn new thing and very open-minded person
