Job Description

  សណ្ឋាគារ អេច អ៊េម ហ្គ្រេន ហូថែលត្រូវការជ្រើសរើសបុគ្គលិកជាច្រើនមុខតំណែងដូចខាងក្រោម៖
1. Room Maid
- High School diploma, Bachelor Degree or other certificates
- Minimum 2 years of Housekeeping experience as Housekeeping of minority three/four stars hotels.
- Outstanding oral written English and Chinese communication skills.
- High standard of customer services.
- Performance Management skills and Communication skills.
- Computer literacy with multi-program usage.
- Accounting skills.
- Strong Planning skills.
- Ability to deal with guests when they are angry or upset.
- Ability to work quickly and thoroughly when under pressure.
- Must be flexible and open to changes in procedures.

2. Public Area Cleaner (P/A cleaner)
- Clean working area all from inside and outside of hotel (e.g: gym, daybeds, bar area & stock rooms etc.).
- Greet the customers at hotel public with a warm smile.
- Keep cleaning equipments tidy in designated areas.
- Once a week perform deep cleaning of the designed area.
- Communicate to front desk any and all occurrences involving customers’ request or complaints.

3. Receptionist
(Morning and Afternoon Shift):
- Answering Telephone calls formally.
- Formally cloth wear and naturally make up.
- Receiving Guests & Visitors including serving them.
- Clean Office make sure that Front desk are well organized and good environmental.
- Attending to guests’ queries and complaints.
- Support Office administration management.
- Supporting the operation activities.
- Checking in-and-out of guests.

(Night Shift):
- Take care of all hotel's guests
- Take care of hotel's property
- Do a daily report
- Checking email at night time.

4. Pool/ Gym Attendant
- Possess a recognized Lifesaving qualification.
- 1 years’ experience in swimming pool operations
- Fluent in written & spoken English and Khmer or Mandarin
- A positive & upbeat attitude is a must; must enjoy working in a diverse customer service environment.

5. Night Audit
- To check daily Rooms, Food and Beverage revenue summaries and their supporting transaction reports of the Night Audit Process.
- To check revenue from Other Operated Departments such as Laundry, Business Center and Transportation for completeness.
- To check Banquet revenues by comparing the banquet guest checks against the function event orders.
- To audit the accuracy of ‘regular’ and ‘contractual’ room rates in the system and report irregularities.
- To check all manually posted charges to traffic sheet, vouchers, etc.
- To review paid-out vouchers and Rebate vouchers for accuracy, proper approval and supporting documentation.
- To analyze Cash Overage/Shortage of Front Office Cashiers and F & B Cashiers.
- To audit charges to city ledger and credit card companies before forwarding them to Accounts Receivable section.
- To spot-check the outlet checks against the captain’s orders.
- To check all house use and entertainment checks for proper approval and signature and report to the Income
