Job Description

  Key Responsibility
• To provide a high quality of HR support to all levels of management whilst maintaining focus on the long-term development of leadership capability and effective retail operations.
• To enable retail line management to provide effective solutions to all employee relations issues within their teams.
• To facilitate effective Change Management processes.
• To support the identification and effective resourcing of all Leadership Talent within Retail Operations.
• To develop the leadership capability of managers through effective learning and development activities.
• To improve business efficiencies through the implementation of effective HR work processes and systems.
• Responsible for administering rewards and benefits programs throughout the organization.
• Coordinate regular audits of HR systems to ensure compliance with objectives and business needs.
• Manage and review the grade systems of the business, ensuring positions are correctly classified.
• Ensures effective personnel administration.
• Secures compliance with local regulations and registration concerning employment.
• Accountable for the recruitment in the airports, also in charge of the performing recruitment process.

Job Requirements

  Requirement:
• Fluent in English
• Experience as HR Manager at least 3 years
• Previous company industry can be Retails, Trading, F&B, or Factory or related

Working Hour/day:
• From Mon-Friday

Other Benefit
• Basic salary:2,000-2,500$
