+ Supervision & Management
- Keep cleanliness by daily cleaning operation.
- Train the team and teach them the standard.
- Make roster, daily report and inform.
- Be flexible to deal with any other works required.

+ Hospitality:
- Show a polite, professional and good attitude.
- High level of communication skills in Khmer and English.
- Be responsible in all the service providing.
- Be a good listener.
- Be open minded even in case of complaint from customer.

+ Creativity:
- Improve the efficiency of all operation.
- Keep the mindset to try to surprise customers.
- Suggest and propose always better and new services.

Job Requirements

  Job Requirement

+ Hospitality industry experience:
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in a high class hotel, restaurant or hospital.
- Minimum 1 year experience as sub-supervisor or supervisor in the same field.

+ Language skills:
- Be competitive in English and Khmer. (In writing, speaking, listening and reading.)

+ Academic degree:
- Finish grade 12
