Job Description

  - Set up and implement HR policies and procedures
- Prepare Job description and recruit new staff (via LinkedIn, Facebook, or agents)
- Prepare employment contract and employment handbook
- Payroll and prepare pay slip for all staff
- Register company and staff (including foreigners) at Ministry of Labor
- Register staff at NSSF and pay the insurance to NSSF
- Design career plan for each staff and ensure their growth mindset
- Set up and evaluate each staff performance (KPI), salary increase, promotion and bonus
- Arrange staff educational program and implement it
- Arrange staff trip or monthly dinner or annual party
- Create staff incentive plan and implement it
- Ensure low staff turnover rate, all staff to have good behavior and high motivation
- Ensure good working environment in compliance with Cambodia Labor laws and NSSF regulations
- Other tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements

  ✓ Bachelor’s Degree of HR or related field
✓ Knowledge of Cambodia Labor laws
✓ Knowledge of NSSF regulations
✓ 3 years minimum experience of HR skills
✓ Good command of Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point
✓ Good interpersonal and communication skills
✓ Good command of English
✓ Confident and highly motivated person


Working Place: Phnom Penh
Probation Period: 3 Months
Working Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00PM
Working Day: Monday to Friday
Holiday: Saturday and Sunday and National Holiday
