Job Description

  -Perform and handle banking transactions for customers (Disbursement, Repayment)
-Create loan account and customer information in the system.
-Operate daily cash movement.
-Follow up daily cash movement.
-Carry out banking operation and support tasks and take care of customers at lobby to promote and maintain positive relation with all customers.
-Provide information about products to customer.
-Perform filling for all documents on frontline transactions
-Prepare daily report for management
-Other tasks assigned by CEO

Job Requirements

  -Female is preferable. And being a motivated person.
-Bachelor Degree in Finance & Banking/Accounting.
-Over 1 years working experience as Teller/Account at MFI/Bank Industry.
-Be creative and aggressive in customer satisfaction.
-Experience receptionist or customer service.
-Good computer using Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, etc.
-Good interpersonal skill , communication skill, strong personality, ability to work under pressure.
-Good in speaking & writing English Language.
-Ability to work overtime to complete job. (OT will be paid)
