Job Description

  - Manage and control attendance record and workers personal file
- Prepare payroll for both worker and staff twice/month
- Check worker and staff OT claim, work and other allowance
- Prepare monthly NSSF report
- Prepare employee employment contract
- Manage and control leaves and absenteeism and labor turned over
- Prepare employee movement declaration (staffs join and resign)
- Prepare all cash advance, expense claim and reimbursement to account Dept.
- Manage HR function from recruitment to termination of contract
- Able to analysis/diagnose people issue and concerned
- To be attention of supervise with company structure
- Assist to HRM for prepared all any application to department and ministry concerned
- Other administration task if needed
- Other tasks assigned by manager

Job Requirements

  - Completed Bachelor’s Degree of business management or HR/Admin management
- An individual with positive mind set, strong leadership skills,communication skills, out-going person
- HR/ Admin in experience from in Garment Factory
- Strong planning ability and implement
- Have strong network
- Very good in English both speaking and writing
- Able to work late after office hour
