Job Description

  • Supervises the work unit and personnel, which includes: interviewing prospective employees; providing and/or recommending training; coordinating, scheduling and assigning work product; establishing performance measures, goals, objectives and priorities; evaluating work performance; providing feedback, direction and guidance; keeping personnel abreast of new or revised information; answering questions; and recommending and/or implementing personnel actions. Prioritizes and assigns tasks and projects to staff; tracks and reviews work progress.
• Edits/revises various written documents produced by unit staff (e.g., job descriptions, advertisements, agenda items, salary/hiring recommendations, etc.).
• Composes and prepares various formal written documents.
• Assists in the development, implementation and tracking of section goals/policies/procedures and Department programs.
• Recruits applicants by preparing advertisements, representing the Department at career fairs, etc.
• Supervises and participates in the evaluation of positions to determine the proper classification of each.
• Develops recruitment policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Department policies and state and federal laws.
• Daily Control and Check Attendance to process payroll (finger print).
• Disciplinary Action to employees against company policy
• Conducts training regarding Human Resources' procedures and policies.
• Conduct and process staff payroll monthly.
• Recruit, interview, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
• Manage and record turnovers.
• Manage all employment contracts of all staffs.
• Maintain all staffs records.
• Assist the manager to prepare Job Description (JD) for all staffs.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor and ensures that the policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
• Update staff movement report to all Executive Committee and other company relative
• Dealt with problems or conflicts of staffs.
• Work closely with line managers for conducting appraisal job performance.
• Employee welfare, reference and performance follow up.
• Setting letter (Promotion, Transfer, Complete probation......etc)
• Other tasks assigned by CEO
• Taken Minutes Meeting

Job Requirements

• Compose written material for all levels of readership within and outside the agency.

• Work within stringent deadlines to complete projects and assignments.

• 28 years and above
• 3 years of human resources generalist experiences.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and team building.
• Computer, administration, and organization skills.
