Job Description

   Monitoring and maintaining office equipment, inventory supplies, orders replacement supplies
as needed
 Record and keep document in-out from ministry and other admin tasks
 Prepare a document for Ministry required
 Organizing meeting room scheduling, equipment, and cleaning
 Prepare company event: staff trip, annual party….
 Daily record in-out stationary and cleaning material
 Weekly and monthly report of stationary and cleaning material
 Prepare other requests to submit to the finance department
 Search quotations and purchasing materials and supporting each department for what their
needs
 Other tasks assigned by HR/Admin Manager

Job Requirements

   Bachelor’s Degree in related field
 Fresh graduated encourage to apply
 Good English writing and speaking English
 Demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude
 Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in regard to job duties
 Between 20 - 35 years old
 Good communication skill
 Flexible and multi-tasker
 And can work under pressure
