Job Description

  • Identify emerging market, prospects, and new business opportunity
• Develop sales strategy and action plans
• Lead and manage sales and marketing team
• Prepare budget and set future sales goal
• Conduct market research and business analysis
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services
• Determine special pricing plans
• Organize sales and marketing campaign and activities
• Develop plans to acquire new customers through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits

Job Requirements

  • Degree in a business or related field
• Previous experience in a sales or marketing role with an international school is preferred but not required
• Ability to build and maintain good relationship
• Motivation and passion for sales
• Deep local market knowledge
• Budget and sales planning
• Leadership and management skills
• Goal and result-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate at different levels
• Computer literate
• Good command of English.
