Job Description

  - Set up accounting and finance procedure and manual
- Monitoring and follow up and coordinated with all departments to be appropriate to the procedure and manual, also to be compliance with the regulate and law.
- Perform Bookkeeping and month end closing.
- Check and verify all transaction from subordinate such as voucher and accounting transaction in manual and AX accounting system.
- To perform physical count petty cash, and prepare actual cash balance with accounting book balance.
- Analysis and verify daily cash balance in case of variance and bank reconcile transaction in accounting book with bank statement and variance analysis if any circumstance.
- Check and verify monthly accounting account code,AP aging, and accrued expenses.
- Prepare monthly, yearly financial report such as PnL, Balance sheet, Bank reconciliation, Vendor reconciliation, Fix Asset register, Stock aging report.
- Analysis on Financial statement and advise to General manager.
- Prepare and organize budget plan Vs Actual.
- Prepare payment schedule for local and oversee vendor or supplies.
- Prepare Tax declaration such as Prepayment of Income Tax, VAT, W/H, SALARY TAX and submitted to GDT.
- Coordinated on annual audit processing.
- Prepare and set up fixed asset code system and provision and booking.
- Prepare schedule and conduct inventory physical count.
- Others task which assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

  - Bachelor, Master or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic or other relevant field
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns;
- Computer literacy in MS. Office, Internet and Email, Finance or Accounting Software
- Be able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
- Be able to use QuickBooks, and advanced excel spread sheet
- Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- Good in speaking and writing both English and Khmer
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility
- Be able to lead and motivate others.
