Job Description

  •Coordinate all stages of the hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews, and on boarding new employees.
•Work with management to administer employee discipline or corrective action when needed.
•Assess employee engagement and retention, and actively work to identify, analyze, and improve any problematic areas.
•Assist in implementing and administering HR policies and procedures in accordance with the organization's overall goals.
•Makes sure that the employer has a good employee that works hard and producing good quality work.
•Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
•Responsible for workforce planning to make sure that all departments have enough people on each shift.
•Supporting the day to day operations of the human resources department.
•In charge of salary scale, raising, compensation and benefits.
•Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks.
•Manage working environment, including security and safety. Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with line manager.
•Making training and development report every month.
•Other tasks assigned by line manager.

* Admin Responsibilities:

•Manage office security, facility maintenance and office space are well arranged (buildings, office space and assets);
•Takes the lead in the personnel administration section keeping track of all the employees.
•Coordinate and support general administration services and logistic to all managers and staff in timely and good manner; Manage documents in and out;
•Prepare administrative letter and coordinate the meeting;
•Perform general clerical duties to include photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing;
•Maintain stationary supplies and coordinating for deliveries;

Job Requirements

  •Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Management field
•At least 3 years’ experiences in HR field, Preferable in Training Development
•Good public Speaking and presentation skill
•Fundamental knowledge of Cambodia Labor Law
•Experience in Succession Planning, Talent Management is preferable.
•Excellent spoken and written English and another languages
•Excellent organization, execution, communication and Interpersonal skill
•Full of dynamics, energies and diligences
