Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate the NOC team to ensure that networking system runs efficiently and effectiveness
• Work with management & human resource as necessary for corrective action activities
• Ensure that operation management policies, standards and procedures are properly implemented, enhanced, and maintained; including training, incident reporting and resolution, problem management, performance reporting, trend analysis, and Continuity of Operations.
• Setup process flow and policy to guide staffs for standardize tasks
• Manage provisioning and activation for all services to customer
• Manage and develop incident/change management tasks activities and resolution
• Guide and lead NOC engineers on troubleshooting and customer communications
• Provide technical training/briefing to engineers on troubleshooting and operation procedure
• Work with product, sales and marketing, engineering and vendors to deliver business cases
• Communicate and coordinate with international partners, upstream, AAG communities , and MCT communities
• Manage tender, contract, SLA operation specifications

Job Requirements

  • Understanding and experience related to SOH, DWDM transmission network
• Understanding and experience in BGP, OSPF, ISIS, routing & switching
• Expertise in NMS implementation and maintenance
• Expert knowledge and hands-on in IP Networking
• 5 year experiences in leading technical team in ISP or equivalent environment
