Job Description

  1. Scope of working:

Training Supervisor: will be responsible in conducting TNA, training and development the employee to improve their skill and knowledge, implement and evaluate training and development programs in the company.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
• Conducting job evaluation surveys
• Design and expand training and development programmed based on the needs of the organization and the individual
• Work in a team to produce programmed that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization
• Consider the costs of planned programmed and keep it within budgets
• Develop effective induction programmed for new staff
• Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
• Devise individual learning plans
• Conduct appraisals
• Help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
• Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses or events
• Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.
• Work closely with and influence senior leaders and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  3.Qualification & Requirement:

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in education, human resource or any relate field
• At least three years of related experience
• Knowledge of learning and development best practices
• A proven track record of training program development and management
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills



4.Working Days and Hours

- Monday to Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm

- Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

5. Workplace

- Learning and development officer is based in Head office of Borey Peng Huoth , the department of Human Resources and Operations.

6. Relationship:

- Learning and development officer works under supervision and reports directly to HR Director.
