Job Description

  ** Overall Purpose of the Role:
Assistance Procurement Officer is responsible for performing the purchases for CA under 260 USD and issuing stationery stock at CA and ensures the implementation is compliant with procurement policy

** Scope of Work
1. Receive the request from all departments at CA
2. Check to make sure the purchased items have clear specification and approval
3. Perform the purchases of materials with good quality and good price and service for the request department.
4. Check stock before ordering confirmation
5. Ensure the quality of purchased items are compliance with requester’s requirement
6. Prepare the purchased report and Debit Note of materials purchased and clear expense.
7. Contact to the requester to collect purchased materials
8. Prepare the expense report for Finance and Accounting Department.
9. Perform other suitable tasks when required from Supervisor

Job Requirements

  ** EDUCATION:
- A bachelor degrees in Business Administration, Accounting or any other relevant fields
- At least 1-2 years of work experiences in Procurement and sourcing
- Familiar with Windows Live Mail and MS. Office is highly desired, not mandatory for SUN system
- Understanding logistics concepts

** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Familiarity with sourcing, vendor management and warehouse stock report and control
- Solid judgement along with decision making skills;
- Good oral and written both English and Khmer communication skills;
- Be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure and workload.
- Good negotiation, Communication, and interpersonal skills and problem solving skills;
- Ability to Prioritize tasks
