Job Description

  - Draft and Check letters out such as spelling, format, meaning, date, and stamp.
- Check invoice for monthly consumption of water, electricity, and rubbish.
- Consolidate requests of promotional materials, documents from branches and submit to the department of Sale.
- Check and distribute printed documents and promotional materials that are delivered to the head office of KREDIT and branches.
- Check items in the head office such as lamp, fan, turn on-off button, table, chair, cabinet, door, window, air conditioner, bathroom, to make sure they are in order and function. And manage to repair it on time if it doesn’t work.
- In Charge of photocopier: contact to supplier of repair, Check on rental contract, and verify monthly invoice.
- In charge of meeting room coordination.
- Facilitate on staff’s accommodation and staff’s Vehicles parking area.
- Monitor guard head office on weekends or holidays especially when the guards are absent eventually.
- Arrange shifts for guards for long holidays and spot check on them, complete the Over Time form online for them.
- Décor head office such as national flag, religious flag, color lamp, banner, photo of the king, to welcome national events.
- Other tasks will be assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

  - Bachelor degree in Business Administration and other related fields.
- At least 1 year experience in Administration officer.
- Priority tasks of the institution as the first rather than personal tasks.
- Be honest and obey working hours.
- Keep good relation among the team
work.
