Job Description

  - Ensure that our customer are greeted warmly and friendly.
- Sell products and service as plan.
- Monitor and collaborate on customer service to ensure customer need and satisfaction.
- Customer facilitation in order speed up the process of account opening, ATM card request, and other customer inquiries.
- Develop strategies and be responsible for convincing potential customer to use KREDIT’s products and services.
- Proactive customer problem solving, complaint handling and escalation.
- Effectively manage and monitor information notification to customer regarding to terms and conditions changing.
- Collect customer feedback and compliant, report to direct supervisor, and follow customer complaint resolution.
- Ensure that office and customer area are well organized and provided comfortable environment to customer.
- Be responsible for timely CIF and account create in system with an accurate data entry.
- Review CIF and account opening document in order to align with our internal policy.
- Follow ATM policy to manage ATM card request at branch.
- Coach, supervise, and develop staff’s capacity and subordinate for all KREDIT products and policies.
- Understand well the competitor product, services, fee charge, and …etc.
- Be able to work under pressure to complete the assigned task from direct supervisor.

Job Requirements

  - Obtain Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent.
- Integrity, friendly, patient and good disciplined.
- Good communication for both internal and external.
- Willing to work with poor people who served by KREDIT.
- Proactive problem solving skill.
- Good computer literacy and fast data entry
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
