Job Description

  Developing and Implementing an Integrated Marketing Plan:
• Analyze marketing and sales trends to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for store and market level business performance;
• Review pricing and promotions to ensure a competitive offer versus the competitors while maintaining a margin to support profitable operations and continued growth;
• Review product offering in order to identify opportunities for product improvement, incremental purchase occasions, and increased store-level profitability;
• Review all marketing campaigns to understand what drove over/under performance in order to optimize for the future;
• Ownership of marketing budget, both national and local, monitor and deploy resources towards the activities that drive the highest return on investment.

Ensuring Best-in-Class Digital Marketing Execution
• Oversee the brand’s digital/e-commerce footprint, ensuring strong SEM performance, solid performance in search via SEO, strong performance and engagement in relevant social channels;
• Achieve best performances in online order both mobile and desktop.

Ensuring Best-in-Class Retail Marketing Execution
• Ensure all stores having a strong LSM plan in place and that store team members are faithfully following the recommended actions in order to support their sales objectives;
• Oversee the development and distribution of marketing materials to support stores in reaching their sales targets, including: targeted OOH, menu brochures, flyers, in-store and out of store promotional posters, menu boards;
• Oversee the purchase of appropriate media channels to drive targeted awareness of partnering with the operations team to develop processes and training materials;
• Develop and execute of best-in-class new store opening plans (incl. pre and post opening) to drive local awareness and excitement around new openings;
• Develop and review strategic partnerships, ensure the best possible rates that meet business objectives. Examples (music festivals, stadiums, city governments, and schools/universities)

Brand Stewardship
• Provide local press with relevant positive stories on brand & store activity, and professionally managing any negative stories with the help of the PR;
• Partner with DPI to leverage learnings from other markets;
• Ensure that all marketing activities are in-line with the brand vision and brand positioning and that they conform with logo and brand usage guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration with a marketing focus;
• At least 7-10 years of experience in Marketing field;
• Experience in leading a team/personal responsibility;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with different levels of management;
• Strong leadership and problem-solving/analytical skills;
• Excellent command in English.
