Job Description

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Daily Tasks
- Send request to NCX for Stock Relocation
- Respond mail and media related to own task like complaint from lessees via call center etc.
- Confirm NCX deliveries to APFT/POS
- Send Stock Balance Report to NCX
- Prepare and Request Transfer Ownership Fee to Operation Supervisor/Dealer Relationship Manager/Operation Manager
- Prepare and send Daily/Monthly Report to Chief Executive Officer
- Handle all complaints from customers/lessees before and after sales and maintain good relationship with customers/lessees
- Improve Staff Quality
- Improve Staff Speed
2. Approval and Authority
- Validate petty cash for Insurance Return
- Validate the Application Transfer for stocks
- Approve on Application Transfer in e-finance
- Approve on request from POS’s Staff to use petty cash
- Approve on Wrong Wing Account or Name to transfer ownership fee to Lessee
- Approve on Leave Request Form except Operation Supervisor/Dealer Relationship Manager
- Approve on IT Request Form on request IT to install or deactivate e-finance, supportive program/application
- Approve on back date installment paid by Kubota’s Lessee
- Approve on Equipment/Supply Request Form
3. Other tasks
- Other tasks assigned by CEO/DCEO/Operation Manager

Job Requirements

  POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Banking or other related fields
• 5 years experiences in financial services and at least 3 years in leading group of team
• Understanding in Micro-Finance, Banking, Credit
• Be honest, team work, good communication skill and possess team leadership skill
• Service-oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management through excellent presentation and interpersonal skill,
• Good problem solving, planning & interpersonal skill, excellent negotiation, communication & presentation skill, active, initiative, self-motivated & aggressive, calmly, assertive, sociable, good listener
• Computer knowledge (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Internet & Email)
• Fluent in Khmer literacy / translation and very good English
• Possess following skill: Presentation, Inter-personal, Communication, Analytical and Assessment.
