Job Description

  § Design and implement HR strategy to align with company’s direction.

§ Full knowledge on Cambodian labor law compliance, NSSF, insurance policy, and related issues.

§ Leading the recruitment process, including selection and interviewing of candidates.

§ Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.

§ Develop compensation and benefits plans, KPI and appraisal management system.

§ Facilitate improvements to the entire recruitment process.

§ Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers.

§ Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)

§ Review departmental budgets and headcounts.

§ Organize learning and development programs.

§ Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner.

§ Overseeing staff attendance and absence monitoring.

§ Administration of employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, new starter packs, or formal notices of termination.

§ Leading new starter company inductions.

§ Administering financial elements such as payroll, compensation and benefits, and other schemes.

§ Develop new SOP for the entire HR department.

§ Providing detailed HR reports to HR Director and CEO Office.

§ Other related tasks as per requested from HR & Admin Director.

Job Requirements

  § Female is priority. At least 35 years of age.

§ Candidate from Logistic Industry is more priority.

§ At least bachelor or above in field of Business Management, HR Management or other related major.

§ At least 5 years of experiences in managerial roles of HR Management.

§ In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.

§ An analytical mind with problem-solving skills and be able to work under pressure.

§ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with team player plus leadership skills.

§ Be proficient in Ms. Office application, especially Advance Excel.

§ Must be good command of English and Chinese communication abilities.
