Job Description

  • Managing/supervising the inspector the day to day
operations and ensuring that deployed guards at the
assignments sites are providing the highest quality and
professional security service to its customers.
• Down load of Guard Tour Data from the inspector/mobile
supervisor and submitted to OPS via email every
Friday.
• Monitor Guard performance and ensure all mistakes are
corrected and improved.
• Attend to all major incidents occurring at Client sites
and ensure full and accurate reporting, investigation and
documentation thereof.
• Ensure preparation, production, maintenance and updating
of site Standard Operation Procedures and ensure
that they are placed on every site, including temporary
jobs. Ensure that the SOP’s are prepared and placed on
site when any guard is deployed. These must be prepared in
advance and agreed with the client.
• Spot the security weakness of the assignments and take
timely action to resolve it.
• Plan for patrolling route and timings for each post
• Ensure that all company and Client provided equipment is
accounted for and inventoried at the client’s premises
and/or on site where applicable and investigate any
losses/damage immediately. Carries out regular audits of
site and company provided equipment.
• Daily checking with Control Room (Base Centre) and
immediate send out the inspector to inspect if any posts
could not contact through and the report must submit back
• Daily reporting to OPS of all incidents with shift duty.
• Check and ensure proper rotation of duties and collect
daily attendance sheet of guards at all posts for doing
payroll and submit to Operation Assistant Manager. Every
month on 3rd, 11th, 18th, and 25th.

Customer Support

a) Effectively maintain client relations with special focus
on major clients, in order to ensure business continuity.
b) Maintain and improve service quality to the Client, and
ensure that the operational requirements meet Client
needs and are carried out in accordance with contracts
and assignment instructions.
c) Respond immediately to and then follow up and
successfully resolve all customer complaints. Ensure that
the complaint handling is done timely, correctly and
documented in accordance with company procedures.
d) Establish and follow a weekly, monthly and annual client
visitation/meeting plan for the Branch including a
personal one. Meetings must be documented for the company
file and where appropriate copied to the relevant Line
manager.
e) Attend meetings as requested by the Client and initiate
the same as the circumstances dictate document
meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as security manager or similar position
• Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g.
CCTV)
• Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
• Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Committed and reliable
