Job Description

  • Support HCN Channel Strategy Manager to develop HCN marketing plans and execute the plans effectively and efficiently.
• Support to lead and manage relevant projects to achieve the business objectives
• Support to develop and manage communication materials (Detailing Aids/Tools, POSM and Gimmicks) by working closely with HCN Science and Solutions team, Sales & Marketing Team and RA/Compliance team by ensuring that all the materials are compliance with milk code and internal policy.
• Monitor performances/KPIs of the strategic and project plans with proper evaluation report with proposed corrective actions to HCN Channel Strategy Manager
• Support to develop communication materials to ensure the key messages and quality of materials are well accepted by the HCPs
• Support to work with S&I team to conduct relevant HCP researches to inform the decision on communication materials and key messages development
• Work closely with Sales & Solutions team to review strategies and plans and propose corrective actions to drive off-take at medical channels
• Analyze off-take & IMS to review off-take performance of each areas and propose strategies and plans to Channel Strategy Manager
• Work closely with Solutions team to propose communication materials (Detailing Aids, POSM/gimmicks and take lead in production and manage inventory to ensure the materials are used correctly as planned.
• Manage agencies in development and production of communication materials and promotional events.
• Conduct monitoring visit to ensure materials produced/activities are executed based on plan and compliance with Right Way
• Plan and organize local CME events to drive COFC and BOFC
• Support on development of budget plans for HCN Channel Strategy activities
• Manage functional budgets with proper record and tracking budget expenses vs plans
• Work closely with HCN Solutions team for competitors updates, monitoring birth rate and make monthly, except critical case will be updated urgently
• Make monthly reports for all relevant projects (as assigned by supervisor)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing or relevant degree
• Computer literate
• Strong verbal & written communication skills in English and Khmer language
• Relevant knowledge in nutrition & medical is a plus
At least 2-year relevant experience in Marketing for Nutrition/Pharma industry or FMCG (experience in Healthcare Nutrition would be an advantage)
• Marketing, event agency management & production of materials
• Execution of marketing plans, event and agency management and production of communication material
