Job Description

  - Lead sale team to deliver the products and services to the target customers.
- Lead and develop teamwork within and motivate team member to take extra effort to deliver the company’s sales target and objective.
- Strongly cooperate and support team growth in order to achieve long term success both individual and team work.
- Closely monitor the sales team’s activities to ensure that all planned activities will be conducted
- Ensure that relationships with all customers are well maintained to derive benefits of meeting the sales objectives.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with new clients;
- Prepare daily and customer visit reports and report back during the weekly meeting
- Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans on weekly or monthly.

Job Requirements

  - More than 3 years sales experience in business-to business sales
- BA in Sale/Marketing Major or any related subject
- Good Presentation Skill & Negotiation Skill
- Have Creative Sale Planning
- and self-motivation
- Understanding of customer needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to travel 70-80% of the time and participating in the team activities
- Hospitality of the customers and able to communicate within th team.
