Job Description

  +RESPONSIBILITIES

The Manager of Learning & Development will enhance sales and leadership among employees of business partners
through needs assessment, planing, conducting, managing and following up on multiple training sessions/ programs.
Specifically, main responsibilities are to
- Identify Learning and Development (L&D) needs through job analysis, learning needs assessment, and regular consultation with business partners
- Translate needs assessments into clear, well-written L&D strategy documents/ training plans
- Plan, direct, and deliver L&D programs
- Training up to 80 participants in one training session
- Measure the impact of all L&D programs and services in relationship to key business priorities
- Contribute to the progressive development of the Global L&D strategy
- Manage all key learning projects on time and on budget
- Ensure the effectiveness of POS, customer service, product knowledge and on-boarding training through in-class activities and on-floor observations
- Serve as a certified master trainer and facilitator for signature programs and events
- Identify performance gaps and coaching opportunities in consultation with store and divisional leadership;
- Ensure the smooth operation of the MT and internship programs as well as the development needs associated with their Individual development Plans (IDPs) and talent map;
- Serve as consultant for performance management activities including the smooth planning and execution of talent mapping, goal setting and individual development planning. Conduct coaching and mentor training as needed.
- Go on a business trip abroad one a year or twice maximum

+REQUIREMENTS

-Degree in education, HR or a related filed
- Being able to manage a large-scaled training session of up to 80 participants
- Being able to work and communicate with people who are from various cultural, religious and professional backgrounds
-5 years or more of work experience in education, training management, instructional design, or program management
-PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, video development, animation tools for staff training
-Fluent in English
- Being able to create and manage training based on participants' needs with appropriate logic and methodologies
