Job Description

  The Admin & HR Supervisor’s Roles are:
* Admin Roles
- Public Relationship
- Documentation
- Office management
- Monthly budget management
- IT Supervision

* HR Roles
- Recruitment
- Motivation and Performance Appraisal
- Employee Conflict resolution and filling

Functions & Responsibilities

* Administration:
1.Public Relationship
- Deal and solve problems with Authorities, Organize (Meeting, Conference, Training and Party) for the company.
2.Documentation
- Create and Update Rules/Policy/Procedure, contracts (construction, rental, …), Interprets documents, for the company, Maintain office filing system

3.Office management
- Control fixed assets, maintenances/security/constructions, control on purchase stationary and other equipments, Coordinate repairs to office equipments, Organize office supplies, Manage cleaner, maintenance, Tuktuk driver & office helper to control office environment

4.Monthly budget management
- Purchase control, Arrange utility payment, Drop bills to travel agencies and collect payment from company’s partners, Prepare commission payment

5.IT Supervision
- Supervise IT team to implement the Systems, Email, Network, Internet, and other IT equipments

Administration:
1. Public Relationship

- Participate with Head of departments to set objectives, performance evaluation and staff promotion.

3.Employee Conflict resolution and filling
- Employee’s problem solving and employee records (Personal employee data, Insurance, ATM Card, Recommendation, Warning letter, Settle payment, AL, PH, roster).
* Perform other related duties as required
- Keep monitoring of the following items in order keep the company image
- Always arrive at work five minutes before the schedule time
- Be industrial and helpful
- Be polite and friendly to the others
- Make yourself tidy and clean
- Oversee the good working environment
