Job Description

  - Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mail for the Human Resources department
- Enter employment data into computer database
- Track and update hourly employee leaves of absence
- Assist HR supervisors with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews
- Make orientations about internal rule and company policy to the new employees, and make employee training sessions
- Recruiting staff by developing job descriptions, checking application forms, shortlist the potential candidates
- Make staff performance appraisal with fair judgment
- Maintain employee personal file and make sure that it is up to date by following and collecting
- Ability to set up company policy relate to HR
- Review and keep attendance record for processing and payroll in a timely manner
- Negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues relating to payments and conditions
- Ensuring a good and effective staff management and payroll management systems
- Handle for proceeding the reference check for new position and conduct exit interview for those Who resign and generate as report
- Save company’s resource
- Perform other tasks as company requires

Job Requirements

  ** Education and Experience
- Associate degree in HR-related field required (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 1+ years’ related administrative or HR experience
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Good analytically mind and numerical sense, proactive and deadline driven
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Internet and E-mail etc…)

** Key Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Listening skills
- Fluency in spoken, reading and written English and Khmer is preferable
- Honesty and good attitude
- Work under management pressure
