工作描述

  ** Job Description for HORECA Sale Manager
- Responsible to drive the sale teams to hit Target
- Daily briefing with sale department to make sure all is on track
- Planning and execute the brand for sale force
- Conduct internal training for new & old products
- Manage Networking/ Strategize on market
- Solve the problem with clients/ solve all the problems.
- Provide and organize scheme and SWOT to sale teams
- Setting and leading the Target/ Hit the Target
- Motivated all things.

** Job Description for Sale supervisors
- Sell red and white wines
- Prepare daily sale activities report
- Execute promotional activities as assigned
- Monitor and feedback market activities
- Ensure that all outlet within the assigned are well stock
- Create, maintain and expand customers relations
- Distribute and deliver wines to customers
- Collect money from customers
- Work independently and collectively with other staff of the Company
- Initiate ideas and take actions for developing and expanding the Company
- Handle and solve customer’s complain and problem
- Respond customer inquiries as well as quotations promptly
- To monitor and feedback competitor’s promotional activities, new products and new initiatives to management
- Review market analysis and determine customer need
- Develop sale strategies and sale plans

** Job Description for Sale Executives
- Sell red and white wines
- Prepare daily sale activities report
- Execute promotional activities as assigned
- Following the Target that Manager offer to every month
- Work independently and collectively with other staff of the Company
- Initiate ideas and take actions for developing and expanding the Company
- Handle and solve customer’s complain and problem
- Respond customer inquiries as well as quotations promptly.

职位要求

  - BBA in Marketing or related field
- Has previous sale experience in Food and Beverage is priority
- Able to work under pressure, honest , loyalty, reliable and flexible
- Dynamic, responsible, Cheerful and respectful
- Has higher education and well communication in English
- Female are encourage to apply

-Salary (Negotiated), Gasoline, Phone card, Commission, Medical benefit, Annual bonus
*Working day and hour
-Monday to Saturday (Saturday morning only)
-Working hour: From 8:00 am-17.30 pm (Break 1.30 hour)
-18 days annual leave and public holiday according to the law
