Job Description

  1. General Personnel Administration:
- Administer and well manage the stationery and office supplies within HR Department;
- Administer employees’ files and other personnel records to ensure the records are correct and updated;
- Administers effectively the staff attendance record by verifying the attendance record in Finger Print System against monthly departmental rosters to ensure the attendance records are correct to the actual working schedules;
- Administer the punctuality or absenteeism of all employees and report to concerned HODs and Head of HR for disciplinary action;
- Administer staff meal allowance and to ensure the allowance was deducted correctly as per absent day of working;
- Administer the Staff Leave Record such as Public Holiday, Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Maternity Leave and Special Leave and to make sure that the use of such leave is correct to the policy and procedure of the company;
- Administer the personnel movement such as the new hiring staff, Resignation/Termination, Transfer/Promotion and prepare its monthly report to Head of HR accurately and timely;
- Arrange facilities such as locker/uniform-shoes/ID Card/Meal Cash Cards, etc to new employees and to brief them the rules regarding to the items;
- Administer the HR-belonging items to be collected back from the separating staff and to make sure the items are returned in suitable condition or otherwise, to prepare salary deduction when there is any damage or lost of the items before releasing the last salary payment to them;

2. Staff Relation
- Assist Head of HR in searching more information of any staff when required to investigate on any case regarding to the disciplinary issue;
- Assist Head of HR in handling staff grievance; regularly check the staff suggestion box and inform to Head of HR when there is any staff comment/suggestion stated about their grievance;
- Conduct exit interview to the outgoing staff.

Job Requirements

  - Cambodian Male/Female;
- Master or Bachelor Degree of Business Administration major in Human Resource Management or related field;
- At least 2 years experiences in related field;
- Good in writing and speaking English;
- Team-orientated; good attitude and able to work under pressure;
- Be creative, initiative and good at multitasking;
- Proactive and good communication skill.
